What data we collect on this site, what we use it for and what you can demand of us about it.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
We process the personal data you provide, or that we collect through this website, for the following purposes:
- Demo requests and enquiries. Purpose: to handle your request, prepare the Cloud Fortress demonstration and schedule it, and to manage the related electronic communications. Legal basis: your express consent when you send us the form, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Recruitment and the partner programme. Purpose: to manage your participation in current or future selection processes, or your proposal for collaboration. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures in response to your request, and the consent you give us.

What personal data we process
- Identifying data: first name, surname, email address, telephone number, job title and company.
- Professional data: in the case of job applications, identification details, work experience, education and salary expectations, among others.
- Browsing and interaction data: only if you accept analytics cookies, and always in aggregate form. We record the pages visited and four actions —pressing a button, seeing the form, submitting it and switching language—, never the content of what you type. See the Cookie policy.
How long we keep your personal data
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or until you withdraw your consent. Where data is used for several purposes, the longest retention period applies. We also keep it for as long as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Who we share your data with
Cloud y Olé will not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:
- Legal obligations: where required by law.
- Service providers: to deliver our services we may share your data with third parties acting on our behalf, such as technology providers. These providers follow our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes.
- HubSpot: the demo request form on this site is served by HubSpot, which acts as a processor and hosts the data in its European region.
- Web analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited processes aggregate usage data on our behalf through Google Analytics 4. You may withdraw this consent at any time from the Cookie policy.
Infrastructure and international transfers
As for technology infrastructure, Cloud y Olé contracts cloud services whose servers are located in the European Union. If it were ever necessary to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area, we would ensure compliance with applicable data protection law.

You have the right to:
