30 minutes. That is plenty to see an alert with all its context and the area that is hurting today; if more is needed, we extend into a second session.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Just tell us in the form what you would like to see. With that we set the scenario up before the call instead of spending the half hour improvising.
What data will you show?
Demonstration data from a fictional organisation. It is the real platform running, not a mock-up, but with no customer information in it.
What if I just want information and am not buying yet?
That is fine. The demo carries no commitment and no budget behind it. Plenty of conversations end in «we will look at this next year» and that seems a perfectly legitimate answer to us.
