Because you are not all buying the same thing
Cost depends on the size of your organisation, on how many packs you switch on and on your starting point. A shop-window rate either overshoots or falls short. We would rather have a 30-minute conversation: you see the platform with a case close to yours, and we come out with a proposal that actually fits.

Is there a lock-in or a long commitment?
We settle that in the proposal, depending on your case.
Can I start with one area and add more later?
Yes, and that is the usual route. The Core is already there; adding an area means switching on capabilities, not migrating systems.
Can the Core be contracted on its own?
The Core is the base of the product. In the demo we work out which combination makes sense for you.
Can I see an area before contracting it?
Yes, and without asking permission: modules you have not contracted are not hidden behind a padlock, they run with demonstration data and a notice saying what you are looking at is a sample. No action from that sample ever leaves the network. It is how you decide with the screen in front of you rather than with a feature list.
What happens if I stop renewing an area?
What was already yours stays yours. The module does not close: it freezes. You go in, consult and download the whole history; what disappears are the create, edit and assign buttons — that is, the ability to generate new work.
Is the vCISO charged separately?
No. The vCISO is included in the Core, just like the inventory, the alerts and the dashboards. Every customer has it from day one.
Does the price depend on the number of users or of assets?
It depends on the size of your organisation, on how many packs you switch on and on your starting point. That is why we do not publish a rate: a shop-window figure either overshoots or falls short, and in both cases the conversation starts on the wrong foot.
